Fees and Payment Choices

The scope of work necessary for each patient can vary enormously. It is simply not possible to create a comprehensive guide to exact fees that may be involved for any given treatment. We work towards a result and therefore do not have a "fee per item" fee structure and rather a time and costs based fee strucuture. What we charge (and how much it costs us to carry out treatment to a high standard) depends not only on what we plan to do, but often more significantly on how we plan to do it and the steps required to get to a given result. This may sometimes take many months or 1-2 years to complete. During this time, our overheads will also rise so the duration of treatment also needs to be considered.

Individual customised estimates will be provided after sufficient information has been gathered from your consultation appointment(s). However, a guide is included below to allow an appraisal of ballpark figures prior to attending the practice so that you're aware of the levels of investment likely to be involved for the standard of work we provide.

Please be assured that we always endeavour to be as cost effective as possible, but the scope of work that we carry out, especially where extensive, full-mouth dentistry is being carried out, is often tremendously time-consuming and labour-intensive and our fees must necessarily reflect this.On 1st April we have been forced to intruduce our first fee rise since January 2010 due to an increase in the cost of providing treatment.

FLEXIBLE WAYS TO PAY

We offer:

  • 50% in advance, 50% near the end of treatment
  • 1/3 in advance, 1/3 midway through treatment and 1/3 near the end of treatment
  • Payment plans extending from 6-24 months interest-free and up to 5 years interest-bearing (Medenta / Hitachi Finance)
  • 7.5% fee reduction for full advance payment of estimate
  • Standing order for equal amounts over duration of treatment following a 1/3 deposit
  • We can also discuss other arrangements depending on the particular estimate and timetable for any given case.

(Please note that Dr David Klaff, Specialist Prosthodontist, will estimate fees separately and should be contacted directly on 020 7636 9933 or david@lciad.co.uk for further information).
