I have spent the last 42 years in dental practice, first as a general practitioner, then as a Prosthodontic Specialist, developing the skills to perfect the smiles of my patients. Over the years I have established expertise in restoring natural structure, form and function combined with natural aesthetics, to the patients whom I have had the good fortune to treat.

I have become recognised as an opinion leader in adhesive dentistry. My skills include fully comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning; treatment expertise in restoring single and / or multiple implant placements and the restorations required to provide acceptable longevity and ultimate aesthetic results.

I have been accepted as a member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (BAAD); the European Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry EAED,  the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry; The American Academy of Restorative Dentistry and currently I am Treasurer of the International Federation of Esthetic Dentistry. I give 30-60 hours CPD courses a year in Adhesion and Composite Restorations.

I am an enthusiastic and committed dental surgeon determined to provide the highest standard of dental care to my patients.  My special interests are in aesthetic and restorative dentistry, oral surgery, preventative dentistry and dental care for children.  I am also an accredited Invisalign® practitioner.

I am particularly adept at making anxious patients feel comfortable and relaxed in the surgery.  I have excellent communication skills which I put to use teaching dentistry to undergraduate students at King’s College in London (having previously taught undergraduates in Brazil).

I qualified as a dental surgeon in my native Brazil where I practiced dentistry for over five years.  Since moving to the UK, I worked closely with Dr Feran for 4 years and on the teaching staff of King’s College Oral Surgery Department, keeping up to date with developments by attending courses and conferences in the UK and abroad.  I am fluent in English and Portuguese.

II qualified from Guys Kings and St Thomas’ Dental Institute, London, in 2002. Following a year as a House Officer in Oral Medicine and Restorative Dentistry at Guys, Kings and St Thomas’ Hospitals, I obtained membership to the Royal College of Surgeons of England. I have since worked in general practice.

Dedicated to delivering clinical excellence and quality care, I recognise the importance of continuous professional development and have undertaken several courses throughout the UK, USA and Switzerland. Through extensive involvement and training with the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry I have been awarded full membership.

Since undertaking Invisalign training in 2007, I have been awarded Gold Member status and have a keen interest in all systems of contemporary adult orthodontics, including 6-month smiles, Simpli-5 and Inman aligners.

Eager to stay current with advances in dentistry, I am a regular attendee of various conferences both in the UK and abroad.

My passion for dentistry has led me to undertake a robust training program that will ultimately lead to an MSc in Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute.

With a comprehensive approach, I strive to meet the needs of each individual patient, conservatively delivering all aspects of Advanced Restorative, Preventative and Cosmetic Dentistry.

 I qualified from Ege University School of Dentistry, Izmir Turkey in 2007, ranking among the top 10% of the graduating class. Right after graduation, I moved to London and passed statutory Overseas Registration Examinations to obtain my registration with the General Dental Council. Since 2009, I have been working at private dental practices in London and Kent focusing on aesthetic dentistry and facial aesthetics.

  I am a certified Inman Aligner practitioner and have achieved professional qualifications on advanced facial aesthetics at the Bob Khanna Training Institute. I am a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and have been participating to international conferences to stay abreast of new techniques and technology.

 I am known for my calm attitude putting my patients at ease with my gentle and positive demeanour. I am pretty good at building great rapport with my patients utilizing my listening skills with highest level of care and respect. Being sensitive to each patient's individual requests, I devote myself to creating enjoyable experiences for my patients.

My passion for aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry has led me to undertake continuous professional courses both in the UK and abroad to keep up to date with the very latest advances in dentistry and technology.

I am recognised by both patients and colleagues for my results in creating a new smile. I also run a successful private general dental practice in Surrey (www.notleydentalcare.co.uk) with a special interest in smile design, dental implants and Zoom whitening.

By using an interdisciplinary approach when designing a new smile, I often involve the specialist team, giving all patients the best knowledge and skill available across a range of disciplines.

I have worked with some of the world’s most recognised cosmetic dentists which together with my extensive postgraduate training enable me to provide excellent solutions to patients with different needs.

I obtained my Bachelor in Dental Surgery Degree with Distinction from Newcastle Dental School in 2003, and have been working in general practice ever since.

I have been fortunate to have held an Honorary Clinical Assistant post at St George's Hospital London, in the Restorative Department, for three years. As well as being appointed as a trainer for the London Deanery. This is awarded to dental practitioners with the ability to teach and mentor newly qualified dentists.

I am very privileged to be working at LCIAD with such a wonderful team and forward thinking, ethical Clinical Director (Dr Koray Feran). I can ensure I will do my very best for all my patients, and do so in a professional and gentle manner.

I am an associate member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and the Royal College of Surgeons.

Currently I am undertaking a Masters in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry at Manchester University and have completed Simply Excellence training in Implants, Invisalign and Inman Aligners.

I enjoy travelling and have attended extensive courses in all aspects of dentistry, Internationally and in the UK, to enable me to deliver quality dental care to all my patients.
