Meet the team

The hub of any successful dental practice is the hygienist and therapist.

Beth Archibald and Murat Kaynaroglu are responsible for educating our patients on the prevention of dental disease, recording and monitoring their gum condition from the start of treatment and helping them maintain a healthy mouth for the rest of their lives.

Beth will be joining us on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from January 2026 alongside Murat on Thursdays.

Our hygiene and therapy team is  available 5 days a week  from 9.00am until 5.00pm (last appointment at 4:00pm).

Our nursing team is amazing. Led by Head Nurse Nina Kaniewska who has been at LCIAD since 2012, they run the whole clinical side of our practice, look after our patients, look after us, keep all of our equipment and materials (of which there is a lot!) functioning, tidy, stocked, clean and sterile, do huge amounts of regulatory paperwork and equipment maintenance testing, turn up early every morning and go home late every night.

Without them the practice would not work. We are immensely grateful for their professionalism, knowledge and expertise and seemingly inexhaustible willingness to always go the extra mile to help our patients and us achieve the best possible.

They meet regularly to update every procedure and ensure that each detail has been considered and trained for to comply with new regulations as and when they are introduced.

We are really proud to have nurtured such a close-knit family of collegues who work from the heart and are chosen for their empathy, kindness and deep-seated work ethic. The nursing team are our family at work.

Behind every successful business is a team that runs the whole machine without whom the business would not function.

Our administrative team somehow manage to keep abreast of all the patient co-ordination, telephone calls, emails, paperwork, invoices, spreadsheets, organisation, co-ordination, communication, business planning, rotas, follow-ups, correspondence, liaising with multiple other practices and professionals, organising courses, venues, travel, practice events, meetings, feedback forms, improvements, appraisals, personal development plans, postgraduate education for our clinicians, regulatory paperwork, patient questions, follow-up of patients who have had treatment, follow-up of patients who require treatment, booking and rebooking appointments, co-ordinating diaries between several parties, learning new computer skills, and the general level of crazy multitasking that goes on relentlessly during every clinical day in the background so that your visits run smoothly.

And they keep smiling whilst they do it. What would we do without them?
